RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

At Caged Bird, we hope you love every piece you receive. However, if for any reason you would like to request an exchange or return, we’ll be happy to assist you — provided the conditions below are met.


 

 

Return and Exchange Conditions

 

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories (invoice, box, etc.).

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hi@cagedbirddesign.com. You can then send the item back using the return code we’ll provide.

• For hygienic reasons, gold pieces, earrings, and personalized/custom-made designs are not eligible for return or exchange.

• For items delivered by courier service, courier fees are non-refundable.

 

 


Return Process

Once your item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
